Pathetic and incompetent Cell C

I took a contract in may 2013 with Cell C which i gave back within 7 days as it was not to my satisfaction. I did not receive a letter stating the contract was cancelled, being put on hold for more than 25 minutes and transferred to several people who could not help me, i eventually spoke to a lady and did what i was supposed to do. Today they call me with a balance of R959 that i owe- for a phone i never opened, a number i don't even know existed. I have previously received an email, stating my contract was cancelled, but due to incompetent people they have no record of that. The pathetic service I received from them is outrageous!!
