I called ADT this morning to cancel my account. I phoned the nr on their statement, but was but through to the technical dept. The lady tried to help me, but none of the info I gave her came up on the system. She put me on hold, and wonderfully the line was cut. I tried to cancel my contract last week as well. I was send from A - Z in the accounts dept. Nobody could, or was prepared, to help me. I am now fed up with the pathetic service I'm getting from ADT. I want my contract cancelled, and that is the end of the story. I am not prepared to stay with a company who inflated the monthly subscription from 300 to 365. Its ridiculous and I'm not going to pay it.
