I accepted the email offer to extend my contract on 18/11/13 of R145 yet Netstar debited my account for R473! I complained and it was promised on 12/12/2013 that I will get my refund within 7 working days with daily feedback from Laigan- both hasn't happened to date! Then again on 3/01/14 I was charged R304.I was without almost R500 during xmas due to poor service-I was told it is being treated urgently yet no one replies- I am waiting for a reply since 3 Jan on both amounts due to me. I even resorted to speaking with the team leader Nivashnee, which was of no use. My husband has also made numerous calls were there were empty promises made. Don't promise to refund a client then not pay and still allow a further debit the next month- that is just unprofessional. A reply with some accurate information is all that is requested. In all the 3 years that I payed for your early warning device and service, I was never late with any payment. What started off as great service just turned to the worst ever.
