Third written complaint on HP... Still no joy!

I don't want to write the whole story for the 4th time, but just want it on record that after my previous 3 reports, countless emails and phone calls... I am still waiting for this to be finalized. After my previous complaint a guy called Russell phoned and agreed to cancel the contract for ten percent of the contract value outstanding. He promised to email me final figures etc straight away. I received a totally unrelated email stating I must pay the full 30 pcnt cancellation and they tried to charge me for the equipment, which according to my contract is rented, not bought! I wrote back asking for it to be corrected and have not heard from them since!!! How on earth does one do business with people like this??? They honestly just don't give a about their customers.
