Unprofessional service for life saving products

Ordered a bullet proof vest and undercover vest from this company. The first person they had was incompetent to say the least. She had no knowledge of the product and about the pricing to get orders. In addition she kept changing the product even though they said it was made to client specifications as it should with regards to a product the is there to save your life.

When the owner's wife Christine Hadfield finally answered her cell phone (they were avoiding customers) due to the lady that they had employed messed up countless orders. Christine finally arrived and promised high and low they would resolve their mistakes. I asked what I would receive as compensation and they agreed to upgrade the level of Kevlar, only fair after being given the run around and not having a desperately needed product I had paid for.

Then came more excuses and unprofessionalism, missed deadlines again and no bother to call or explain. When I took the person on about it she showed her true nature and told me "I don't deal with small clients" this because her child was sick and she did not bother to contact me informing she would not be around.
