Altech Netstar
Wrong device supplied

I insured my car with First for Women insurance. Later I called First for women and queried about the tracking device. I then ordered an early warning device and I made a prepayment for as per their requirement. In three wks after the payment went through there was not install done and I never received any thing from FFW or Altech Netstar. I called FFW to find out, ffw told me I'll receive a call from Altech for installation arrangements and I was already off. A day or 2 later I received a call from Altech Netstar Ntando she sold me a different device and that did not come to my mind that she is selling me a different device bcoz I already paid. I was also under the impression she already got all the information from FFW all she has to do was to arrange the installation. to cut the story short a different device was installed in my car not the early warning device that I already paid for. After I notice that I notified both FFW and Altech Netstar they did nothing about that not even to respond to me. 2mths later I sold my car with their device. Now I am getting harassed by AltechNestar and forcing me to pay, FFw doesn't want anything to do with this. Exhausted mentally.
