Incorrect account debited

I have been a client with Altech Netstar since 2007 as my personal vehicle is fitted with their tracking device. In November 2012, a Altech Netstar consultant called me offering some deals. So, I had then installed tracking devices in 2 commercial vehicles which belongs to my husband's company. I very clearly gave the consultant all the details for my husband's company, eg, banking details, debit order date, vat no, company registration no. I find to my dismay that Altech Netstar has debited my PERSONAL account for the 2 new installations! I called the Durban branch on Monday, 7th January 2013 and spoke to Nella who transferred me to "Customer Services" in jhb. I then spoke to Silas, who had no idea how to resolve this matter, he transferred my call back to Duban. Nella transferred me back to "customer services". The phone just rang so I sent an email from their website. I received a automated reply on Tuesday, 8th January 2013 @ 11: 49AM assuring me that they will contact me within ONE working day. I am still waiting for that response/ reply! :-( I tried calling Customer Services again this morning but my call just got cut off!!! All I need them to do is rectify this mess!
