Overcharged yet again

I am still waiting for a reply and my refund on the money due to me from last Dec. On 4/2/14 I was overcharged again an amount of R304 instead of R145. This is not acceptable, being billed 4 months in a row the incorrect amount.

Why is no one returning my calls or emails?
