I've had problems with my internet since 2 April, & I lodged a complaint on Thurs, 4 April.
It still hasn't been resolved despite countless calls & emails.

I sent an email to [Email Removed] detailing my problem.

I threatened to cancel my contract if they did not get back to me by 10 April at 10:00am. No one bothered to contract me.

It leaves me no choice but the cancel my contract because it is pointless paying for a service that I do not receive, and as a result, I will not pay out my contract - it is a complete waste of money- especially if it is going to a company like 8ta who absolutely no regard for their customers.
