Slow to no response

1) 1st contacted BestSecure 3 months ago, they've been to my property 5 times since to inspect and still to date my security system is not working.
2) Called for armed response, over 20min later someone arrives saying he was lost and went to the wrong house.
4) They've defaced my wall with a number of their boards that they stick on with glue, when you try to take them off they rip off your walls paint down to the cement. My wall has recently been revamped and painted not even a week ago!! This was done without consent however when I questioned them about this they argued that I agreed to this!!

Over and above what I've mentioned there have been numerous calls, follow ups and requests to speak to senior management. 1 call has ever been returned and still to date no resolve to the above.
