Broken alarm- poor service

Recently we have had problems with our security system. We called the technical team to come and sort it out. After a number of appointments where the technicians didn't show up on time, or even on the same day they said they would. We got a guy there that charged us a call out/repair fee to tell us to put mothballs on top of the sensors.

The alarm still didn't function properly. After calling them a second time and a few more missed appointments, they arrived on Wednesday Last week. 29-01. They told us our main control board is blown, and needs to be replaced. The technician said he would get back to us as "it is dangerous without an alarm" As of today, Tuesday, we have not heard from him. Besides the constant calls that the control room isn't picking up a signal... (I wonder why?) I called on Friday, asked for a progress report, someone said that they would get back to me. Still no news.

I think it is time for a new security company if this is the service that we get. All credit to the call-out guys, they are usually quick and effective. No issue with the armed response, but the system that we have has never really worked properly, despite all the "call out" fees.
