Waiting over 3 weeks to repair alarm

I have called, e-mailed, written on your Facebook wall, used the app on FB to submit but still it seems you have no regard for your customers whatsoever.

I had first called you East London office to book an appointment for a technician to repair our alarm. I was told there are no technicians available, the lady phoned me back a day later and was told a technician would be sent in the next few days. It is now almost 3 weeks and still no one has been to service our alarm. This is by far the worst service I have experienced with this company, I had applauded you guys for your quick response to panic. It is strange that it took less than 24 hours to book to have our alarm installed over a year ago, yet it takes 3 weeks to have it repaired.

As I write this there is a criminal-looking gentleman loitering on our street. I am forced now to miss work today so I can guard our house
