WORST SERVICE!!!

We have been with CHUBB for a number of years, many of these have been a complete PAIN! Every month we receive a debit Order for over R800.00. I cannot understand how this is justified if our system cannot even be activated. I was told last year that a call out fee would be charged and from there we would receive a quotation on having the system fixed. This system has been falling apart from the time it was put in and it is now failing due to poor workmanship. I have also contacted head office from which I have still not received any feedback when it was agreed upon that this was ridiculous! So now our property goes unprotected with stock which ranges into the Millions!! This is my last attempt after this we shall be seeking legal council.
