Lack of Resolution/Feedback/Response

Further to my previous complaint, I am pleased to advise that my problem appears, at last, to be resolved. Peace at last, two days and no responses to continuous false alarms. Thanks to Werner (Technician - B&H Electronics) for attending to my fault outside of normal working hours, and for the daily follow up calls to establish that all is well.
