Last week I commented on Cell C not cancelling my contract as they confirmed. I recieved an Email from Sandros confirming that the contract was cancelled only on the 28th of May this year, and not as per their Email communication stating that it will be cancelled on 13/02/2013. According to Sandros' email, the last invoice would have been in May. No explanation was given as to why the contract was cancelled 3 months after it was supposed to have been cancelled, and also no apology for taking money out of my account. I replied and forwarded the mails, and set a deadline for a reply, but as one might have guessed it was ignored. I am not interested in phoning the customer services centre to take it further and I believe the public should be made aware of such incompetence and blatant disregard for customer service. I shall now as per my deadline take the matter to the consumer ombudsman
