POOR PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good Day,

My sister Mrs Pietersen requested an alarm system and chose ADT as I told her about the good service we are receiving and is very cost effective. I phoned in and advise ADT that to contact her. Her cell phone number is 0765109141. It was confirmed booking time friday 27th Dec at 15h00. She also received confirmation. NO PITCH UP AND NO FOLLOW UP CALLS GIVEN. I phoned in again spoke to Jaco who confirmed another date for Friday 3rd Jan 2014. AGAIN NO ONE PITCH UP AND FOLLOW UP CALL. In both instances she received confirmation sms. This is really poor customer service. IT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TO CREATE AN EXPECTATION AND NO ONE PITCH UP... THIS IS REALLY POOR SERVICES... I KNOW ITS HOLIDAY BUT YOU SHOULD NEVER CREATE EXPECTATIONS SHOWING YOUR INEFFECTIVE SERVICES
