I had an account with African bank, of which I had managed to settle it in full. I called them to request the Paid Up Letter yesterday, 29/10/2013. I was told its going one to 3 working days, I called them today which is 30/10/2013 to find out how far are they with it, the first agent who assisted me asked me "who told you, you will get them today", I tried to explain to her, no I here checking how far are you in processing it, just before I finished the sentence she drop the phone on me, I called again to report this, I was assisted by a lady called Mary Mafadza, I asked her to call the supervisor for me because I want to report someone who had drop the phone on me, she put me on hold and told me the supervisor (Ivy Mogoplamne) cant help me she is busy, I asked her can she put me to the other person who is in charged, she cant and ask why, she told its because that is a manager and managers cant take calls, I asked her to ask again the supervisor to give her a name of the person who can take my complaint, things become worst from there the lady was busy singing and put me on hold for more than 6 minutes, later she told me there is no one who can assist me if I want help I must
