I called in to the call centre on Tuesday morning19/02/2013 requesting a copy of my contract/proof of purchase as i need it for repairs done on my phone. The initial agent told me i will receive the documents within 2-24 hours. I followed up again on wednesday and an urgent request was logged. Once again nothing happened. I called in again on thursday, another urgent request was logged.By friday afternoon i had yet to receive these documents. I phoned in AGAIN friday and spoke to Duduzile i explained my frustrations to her and she asked me to hold as she went to look for someone whe can get it for me. I waited on the line for 5-10 minutes just to find out that nobody can assist. I then asked to speak to the supervisor (Ndumiso) and was on hold again for another 5-10 minutes. Just to be told the supervisor as gone out and there is no other senior person available to speak too. Duduzile promised to get Ndumiso to call me as soon as he gets back and i will have the documents in the morning. its after 9 and i still dont have these. THis is the worst service i have ever received from mtn. I just want to know who will repair my phone if its out of waranty because of their poor service.
