I've got a balance on my account and there should be no balance. Last week friday I phoned ADT and spoke to a gentlemen and he asked me to send the proof of payment which I done immediately. I got a ticket nr. E0B12A252448F. Yesterday I phoned because I havent got response and spoke to Ntonzima, Nosibulelo [Adt Security] and she was going to sort the problem yesterday. This morning I send her a email again, but still no feedback. Maybe I should change to another security company because "no service" is not going to work for me.
