Good day,

2 weeks ago I sent an online request to ADT for an alarm that must be cancelled & removed. On the 26th I phoned in and spoke to a Justin because no one bothered to came back to me. He gave me an email address to which I sent 2 more emails. After about a week I phoned again because AGAIN no response. The lady told me someone will get back to me "sometime". 3 days later I got a call from them telling me they received the request and someone will phone me regarding the removal of the device. STILL NO RESPONSE. Yesterday I spoke to a lady and she said someone will phone me back... NOTHING... This morning I spoke to Siphokaze and she said Crystal is supposed to phone me back to sort this out...
I am leaving my house in 1/8 and I need a person to be there before 9h00 to remove this device. If not then I rest my case... I really tried to make an appointment but the service is BEYOND PATHETIC. SO GLAD I WONT BE DEALING WITH THEM AFTER 1/8!!! I just hope my debit order is also cancelled!!!
