Paid by EFT and got a debit off my account - not

In April this year, we had one of our Beam's fixed and one other minor adjustment done. My husband paid by EFT and sent the proof of payment through. The following month I received a debit order through my account for R484.79 and my monthly subscription.

I phoned ADT on the 3rd June 2013 and spoke to Crystall Smith, she informed me that she did not work on my account however I must send through the proof of payment and she will organise for a refund to me.

I have heard nothing to date, I called again the following week and the following week, and have received no refund and been billed as normal for my monthly subscription

This is terrible, if I do not pay my bills I have no security and will be blacklisted however a company can take money that 1. is not due to them and 2. already paid and have no consequence.

If this is not resolved by the end of the month, I will change my secuirty company to the other Savika that operates in my complex.
