Terrible security service

Yesterday morning we had a break into our house while we were out, ADT phoned my husband to tell him that the alarm went off in the house, my husband told the operator that no one was at home and they should send the vehicle out to the house.
It took ADT 40 MINUTES to get to our house!! (we arrived there before them)
We called the panic emergency numbers that have been given to us by ADT about 10 TIMES and could not get through at all!
I am so upset at their poor service, when I phoned the operating room yesterday to complain and find out what happened with such a delay I was told that the manager (Marvin) was in a meeting and could not take my call, I was put through to a lady (Priscilla) who told me she would call me in 30 minutes to tell me exactly what happened, its been over a day and I am still waiting for her call.
The ADT security guys that were here told us they would log a call with the technicians so that we could get panic buttons that we could carry with us, they were suppose to call us today. Complete silence from ADT Securities. I am shocked at the awfully poor service from a security company in a country that security is so needed. Can they be trusted?
