ADT overcharged disabled client R 8000

Mario's Ice cream Cones has an ADT Security contract (1 radio and an additional control pad at the entrance.) Many years ADT were charging us twice. I was assuming it was for the second control pad. When I called the accounts last month they admitted bigger amount was made of two parts. Normal contract 537.99 and the additional control pad 137.32 Total R 665.32. But month after month since 2007 there was another extra payment of R137.33 (total 802.00 PM! Over the years amounting to over R8000.00! After giving me a lot of agony and stress telephonically a Mr... admitted and mentioned that ADT will refund me 8000 Rands early November 2013. I thanked him for realising and admitting the mistake and I started waiting. Than when I called them many times, accounts personnel take messages but he nor anybody ever called me back. I also requested my agreement. They say they will but didn't.
I emailed ADT original of my bank statement (I keep all) that shows the extra deduction. On phone they are giving me relapses, I loose my vision & voice. I hate to go to hospital for a new Cortisone treatment as long as I can. I need help from anyone in legal field or ADT. Kind regards Al
