Re disgusting service received from you.

Firstly I call tracker to do a test and they took 20 minutes trying to find out who I was!!!
Eventually they could not get a signal (after they found my account).

So a technician was sent who told us the tracking device was faulty. He replaced it and told us there would be "no charge". This unit was most probably "faulty" from the minute it drove out of the fitment center.

For the past two weeks I have been receiving nasty text messages from a bunch of m*#*ns at "Nu Debt" which I understand is an offshoot of your pathetic company. They claim I owe you money R395

1. I have never had a account from you by post or otherwise.
2. I have never received an E-Mail from you.
3. I have never got any communication including a phone call from you regarding this so called "amount" owing.

Whoever runs your accounts dept should be fired. Instead I get messages from a collection agency.

I just bought a Mercedes SLK and after getting the lousy treatment from you at Tracker I decided to fit a BEAMY for a quarter of the price, free service and a new batter every 2 years. In Jan your unit will be ripped from my Honda & replaced with a BEAMY!
