No response to any of emails or phone messages

You have been unable to track my vehicle since 30 November due "intermittent" system problems on your side. I was originally to and told that my unit was faulty and that your systems are fine and therefore had to get a Netstar technician (George) to replace the unit. This was done but the vehicle can still not be tracked. I was then informed about the ongoing "intermittent" problems.

Over the past 10 days I have sent Netstar countless detailed emails and left countless messages at your customer service centre (as agents are always clueless and need to "investigate" the matter). I am still waiting for a single response to any of the emails. Donna was the only agent that returned one call but was unable to resolve the matter (and seems to have given up).

Please DO NOT cut and paste your standard HelloPeter reply from "Johan" but actually DO something this time and get this issue resolved. My previous complaint resulted in absolutely no action by the elusive "Johan". I expect a full refund for the period during which you were/are unable to track my vehicle.
