Promise for nothing

I have phone this company regarding account i had with Letsatsi, this company said i have two account on my ITC and i have one account, i was promised it will be sorted out even today it now and it more than 20 days this guy promise me. I phone them on the 5 November said this guy went on lunch should be back at 1:30pm and he will phone me today it 6 November by this time no feedback. You are full of and i dont care now i will take it up with you in court now.
