Bad service from DSTV

Our DSTV has not been working for the past 3 weeks. It is on and off on a daily basis. All channels are out of order, even the SABC channels. We have to phone daily for them to reconnect it. Just to find that it is not working again the following day. Our account is paid up to date and we are actually in credit.
I asked for a statement to make sense of this mess, but the statement I received does NOT make sense AT ALL. Sometimes the error message on the Menu says that our account has been deactivated, sometimes it says we owe money. I'm really tired of the same thing for 3 weeks in a row.
I even sent an e-mail with hope that this will be fixed permanently.
I received this message 7 days ago?
"We have escalated your account for review and relevant credits to be passed to your account. CASE NUMBER: 4325246"
NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE YET.
One of the call centre personnel at a stage said that there is an error code on our account and this situation will keep on repeating itself if not fixed. He promised to fix it for us. Nothing has been fixed.
My husband and I are tired of wasting our airtime and money for something that does not work. Please fix this permanently?
