I have a c track, tracker that i am paying for. i sold my car in august 2013, on the day before i sold i contacted them to re install the unit in my new car. They requested an email from me to confirm re installation and would get back to me with an arrangement. This is still not done and I'm still paying a monthly instalment for a service i cant use. They wont allow me to cancel it, as it is a contract. I have contacted them various times and resend the email. The contact person is always out of office and does not return calls. Is it fair for me to pay for a service i am not currently using?
