RIPPING OFF!!!

I had Tracker installed in my car 4months ago, after installing the tracker the unit only worked for a week.
after that it couldn't pick up the position of the car.i phoned track and was told "they would come back to me" now a month after installation I sold the car to a dealer and got numerous sms's that said the tracker is unresponsive. Ive told them a Thousand times to come and reinstall it in one of my other vehicles.
So now after 4 months of paying for something that never worked and never had, i now have to pay another R1500??? Shows how they rip people off!!! Im disgusted!!!
