Tracker refuses to cancel my contract

I have a problem with Tracker. They fitted a tracker in my car and that was an agreement between the insurance I had with Tracker. They only contacted me to inform where to go for installation. I sold the car in 2012 and contacted the insurance to cancel my contract with them. The insurance advised me to contact Tracker to cancel the contract with them. I did and they informed me that I entered a 24 months agreement with them. I requested them to retrieve a call for me whereby their consultant was informing me that this is a 24 months contract.

They failed to do and continued to bill me. In December 2012, I contacted Tracker again and I agreed to pay a settlement amount of R960. In January 2013, they deducted the amount. I contacted them in February to confirm the cancelletion of my contract. I was informed that the contract will continue until June 2013 and I have to pay R320 monthly despite the settlement amount that has been paid already.

Please help me.
