NEW WAVE MINISTRIES in CHATSWORTH was called by a call centre situated in Toti named GDH for a "FREE" ALARM SYSTEM". Our Pastor who is not a technical person was visited by a Mr Alain who did explained the system and the system was installed on Saturday 26 October. This was the most "shoddy workmanship that i had ever seen to this day. The Radio Control never worked and is still not working. ADT inspectors where called, Their call centres where contacted, GDH call centre where contacted, Alain was contacted on numerous occasions. Just 15 minutes ago i received a call from GDH offering me a "Free Alarm System" which was misrepresented by the call centre person as saying i am from ADT and did not know what ADT stood for. Then i was passed on to HEIDI who firstly gave me the information that i required which is if they a PSIRA registered and gave me a registration 127530. After i mentioned that i was to report the shoddy workmanship and an alarm system never worked, i was again told to contact the office which i did continuously since Oct. I advised her that i was to report to Helo Peter and PSIRA and she rudely slammed the phone. IS THIS THE SERVICE FROM A COMPANY OF ADT?
