What does it take to cancel a contract??

I have had nothing but bad service from C Track. Firstly, they fail to notify you when your contract expires and just start a new contract at a new price. I have tried to cancel my contract as my vehicle has been sold. The call centre agent asked me to send an email, which I did - one week ago - and no response yet.

So I don't need their service any longer, HOWEVER they are quite willing to carry on debiting my account.

I have changed my other vehicle to Tracker and am totally impressed with their service. There is absolutely no comparison between the level of service offered by the two companies. C Track = stale, mouldy, rotting onion. Tracker = fragrant, welcoming bouquet.
