I had a C-Track vehicle tracking device installed in my car in 2010. I paid cash for the unit at the installation center in Durban Rd, Belville CPT. They did not give me a receipt as their printer was offline. C-Track proceeded to debit my bank account for the unit again. Because I did not have a receipt, I was unable to contest the double billing. In April 2013 I sold my vehicle and tried to cancel the monthly tracking only to be told that I will need to pay a cancellation fee. What I need to pay this for is still unclear to me... This contract only expires in Aug 2014, which means I carry on paying for a null and void service that C-Track is not incurring monthly costs for.
