I phone Tracker (spoke to Mmanthwese Sanyane) to subside my account because my company's employees get discounted rates, and the captures everything and i also change the banking details on that day. I was quoted R179.00 and even got the confirmation sms, but now come deduction day im billed R194.22. on the 22 October 2013.

i then called in to enquire and spoke to Shadwin and he cant explain why im quoted something else and billed a different amount, which is also different from the amount i was billed on monthly basis before the discounted rate.
I then got a call from one of the agents from Tracker, cant remember his name and he said they will refund me with the difference between 194.22 - 179.00; and that the difference will be credited to my account, but guss what, i was charged the whole R179.00 this month, which means my account was never credited, so what do you call that.

Yesternight i also received tracker statement which state that R194.22 is Due by 01 December 2013, so real what going on here?
plesae train your egents, i need my refund
