Hiddend costs on new acc. I want my refund!

A couple of months ago, I enquired the quotes from Tracker for a new installation. Immediately I got a response, finding out how much I am paying at another company. I informed the lady that it was R169 pm. She immediately sent me a quote and I accepted the one for R179 for 3 yrs. Besides for the pro rata I had to pay, my first instalment was R199 instead of the agreed amount of R179. Thinking tracker is reputable, I thought they will recongnise the error & correct accordingly but the same thing happened the next month. What annoys me is that I received a call from "Portia" earlier selling me another benefit to this "tracking device" Im paying more for. She is telling that this is an annual increase which applies to everyone. So what happened to the agreement that I had signed? Tracker will just disrgard this and do as they please on my acc. I refuse to be tricked & into paying more than I should be. I thought Tracker was reputable, clearly I was wrong. I should have seen the warning signs when I was sent to a dodgy area to do the installation (promising me a lift back to work & then not kep to the promise). I wouldn't encourage anyone I know to deal with Tracker!
