Tracker's illegal deduction from my bank account

I had a new tracker installed at the beginning of Dec 2012. Tracker has since then been deducting an amount from my account that I have never agreed to. Although the agent who sold me the package has requested Tracker several times to correct the mistake and to call me in order to apologise, I have heard absolutely nothing from Tracker. Again today the wrong amount was deducted ILLEGALLY from my account. I am deeply disappointed by Tracker's lack of customer service, and am left with no choice to instruct my bank to investigate a case of.
