Overcharged

I phone Tracker (spoke to Mmanthwese Sanyane) to subside my account because my company's employees get discounted rates, and the captures everything and i also change the banking details on that day. I was quoted R179.00 and even got the confirmation sms, but now come deduction day im billed R194.22. on the 22 October 2013.

i then called in to enquire and spoke to Shadwin and he cant explain why im quoted something else and billed a different amount, which is also different from the amount i was billed on monthly basis before the discounted rate, why am i being ripped off?

plesae train your egents, i need my refund
