Billed for something I dont have!!!

I have been with Tracker since 2009 on the Outsurance Skytrax drive package of R99 per month. In December 2012 I changed my vehicle from my mom's Outsurance profile to my own Outsurance profile, I was expecting that everything will stay the same, including my tracker subscriptions but instead Tracker started billing me R199 per month. I called in to query with both outsurance and tracker and no-one could give me an answer and someone from Tracker was supposed to investigate what happened and get back to me... but they never did. On the 1st of October 2013 Tracker did an increase on my account and I am now paying R215 per month and I called in 5 days ago to query about the large amount that I am now paying.

I was told that I am now on the SkyTrax package and this was an annual increase.
- Who authorized the package change?
- How I can be moved to another package without my unit being upgraded?

The callcenter agent told me she will investigate and get back to me, still NOTHING. Yesterday I called AGAIN and I was promised feedback by end of the day, still NOTHING.

Tracker owes me R1000 and I want it back. I also want you to start billing me correctly as of the 1st of November!!!
