USELESS SERVICE!!!

We had an incident of internal. Our video surveillance system shows no video prior to 20 days. Called, asked for assistance. Agent assured that someone would call me back. No one did for three days. Called again and followed the same course. Phoned again at which time I was advised that a technician would come in two days- couldnt give me a time. Clifford the technician arrived late in the afternoon. Despite giving a full account to the agent Clifford had no info as to the problem. When briefed he said that he was not 'qualified'. He said that the office was closed (4 pm) and he would have the manager call the next day. True to form nobody called. I called in again and spoke to Mike Senna who promised faith fully that the tech AND MANAGER Kevin would be here today. Nobody pitched. Phoned in and voiced my displeasure, agent put me on hold then cut me off. Called again, REALLY voiced my displeasure. Asked to be put through to the service mngr - said he couldnt do that. Asked for managers name and tel no - not allowed to give that info. Agent said he would send the manager an email - i asked to be copied - again NO! Clearly ADT service so bad they hide behind call centre wall.
