This is my second report on the same incident.

I cancelled my account on 26 August and am still being charged for services. I called the Call Centre last week Wednesday who were unable to assist me and just bounced me around from agent to agent and would not transfer me to a manager or to billing inquiries in JHB. I got a call back from the ADT Hello Peter rep to say they have received my Hello Peter complaint, but havent heard anything back from ADT regarding my refund. Its been 6 days and not one word from them. Just tried again today and again i got bounced from agent to agent, and told i couldnt speak to a manager or to billing inquiries. Absolutely the WORST SERVICE PROVIDER, shocking terrible service.
