Terrible service from Autopage - again!

I called on Tuesday (27th) evening and requested for my statement to be emailed to me. I was promised that this would be done immediately. Nothing arrived. On attempting to try download the statement the website didn't permit this to be done.

I called the call centre again on the Friday (30th) morning and requested that same statements, and only received half. The agent promised that she would ensure the outstanding statement would be emailed to me. Nothing arrived. I then called the call centre and asked to speak to a manager and was advised there was no one available, my contact details were taken down and I was promised I would be called. That afternoon I was called by an agent who when questioned advised was not a manager, but a 2IC. I asked to speak to a manager and was advised I would be called that afternoon. I then received a sms with ref A1308292916 advising I would be called within 24 hours.

No call or my statement has been received yet. I want my August statement immediately, and an apology letter from the CEO signed personally for shocking service.
