Wrong billing_No response to complaint

I sold my car in July_2012 and cancelled my contract with Ctrack in July_2013. I paid cancellation fee and received receipt for this payment. In October I then realised that Ctrack had still been debiting my account for the monthly fee. After contacting them, I was told that the debits were an error and my premiums will be paid back. On the 1st of November, another debit went through, for Ctrack.

Can I please get my money back, ASAP!!!
