Dear Chubb person

Please call me urgently - I would like to know why you sent me your sms this morning (9:21am).
There is something called the DO NOT MARKET list.
So, in terms of the ECT Act, I now want to know where you found my phone number.
This complaint also serves as my UNSUBSCRIBE notification, again in terms of the ECT Act.
I request that you confirm this has been done as I'm not likely to be forgiving if I receive another sms.
