Definition of: When someone take something from you and you don't know and dot not give them permission to take it. Well that happened to me. I had a contract with ctrack for a tracker in my vehicle. My vehicle was and I phoned Ctrack to track my vehicle. I was told they can't help me the contract is not in my name anymore. The tracker was taken out in December and a new tracker was installed in my vehicle under someone ells name. They still took the monthly installment for the tracker that was put in a cupboard. After many fights and phone calls they freeze the account. I spoke to the supervisor a Mr. Eugene Wessels who assured me they will get to the bottom of this. The account was then given to there legal department to find out t if there was any. Up to date they never came back to me to give me the outcome. After about 5 months and the debit order that has been stop, a count that has been frozen they took 2 installments in one day. My vehicle is still missing but they take my money. Now that sounds like a lot of to me!!! What am I to do?
