Inoperational tracking device for 4 weeks!!!

I received an SMS from Ctrack on the second of April, the message sent required me to contact Ctrack as they have noticed that my car had not been reporting for the past 5 days. I phones the number provided, and was told that someone from the repair centre will contact me, shortly to arrange a repair. After 3 calls made to Ctrack and 4 weeks, I have not received any call from the repair centre.

This really puts me at risk with my insurer, should my car be it will not be recovered.

To think that I have entrusted Ctrack with one of my most priced possession and they just dont care.

It's mazing how their accounts department does not forget to send invoices and debit my account. This proves that to Ctrack, I'm nothn gbut another successful debit order at the end of the month.
