Do not use Ctrack, the will not find your vehicle!

On the 10th January 2013, i was hijacked and held at gunpoint in my driveway.
After quite an ordeal, we were able to get out of our house and get help.
The Hijackers took both my (Mercedes 2009 C280) and my wifes car (BMW 1994 325i).
The Mercedes has Ctrack in it and the BMW has Tracker in it.

We called Ctrack to report the vehicle, could not get through on their emergancy number. We eventaully had to ask tracker to assist in contacting Ctrack as we could not get hold of them. Thanks to tracker they were able to get Ctrack on the line and transfer them on to us.

Firstly, in less than half an hour the hijackers had got the tracking unit out of my vehicle, it was found in my driveway! Secondly, as they still have not got my car back, i have heard nothing from Ctrack. No apology, nothing!!

If your vehicle is on Ctrack, change now!! Move to Tracker!! Tracker where on the scene and checked that i was ok (I will be contacting them on hellopeter to compliment).

Members of Ctrack came to my house to claim there located unit, again they did not even great me as the owner, ask how i was, apologize or anything.

My advice to consumers, WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM CTRACK.
