No armed response

On Thursday morning at 05h00, I received a call from the control room telling me my alarm was going off. Having more than one premises in the same area, I could not hear the alarm and asked that they send armed response, because the alarm in the premises I was in, was not going off. After the call, I got up and in my half asleep state, pressed the emergency response button on my remote.

I am still waiting for the armed response to arrive to either of the sites where the alarms went off. I also have not received any follow up calls to tell if it is ok or that they will not be coming out or whatever.

This is not the first time this has occurred either. Their offices in not more than 7 min from my premises!!!
