Send Armed Response two hours late - nice one!

It seems as though it was a sad day for Watchdog alarms loyal customers when that company was taken over by ADT. Sunday 5/1/14. Been shopping. Set off alarm by mistake as we arrived home. No call from ADT. At least 2 hours later armed response arrives at gate. At same time as armed response arrives get call from your monitoring centre telling me he had sent armed response. Asked why I hadn't received call and why armed response was 2 hours late, tried to tell me he'd phoned my cell but got no answer and had sent armed response at the time of the alarm. Why not try the land line/my husband's cell? Also had NOT sent armed response - we had been at home for the whole two hours. Questioned the monitoring centre person on this, who said he'd get management to call. Still waiting for call. Question - why should we continue with you when we get this kind of service, or lack of it? Please refund my monitoring fee for January - this could have been a catastrophic failure to provide service, and I do not feel inclined to pay for it.
