Continued poor service

Six months after my initial complaint and the poor service continues.
Last week my neighbour phoned ADT with my address to inform them that my gate motor was being. They could not find my address on the system and didn't bother to send anyone out. Strange how they can find my details on the system to send through price increases.

Last night alarm went off at 21h35. I did not receive a call to check if everything was ok. At 21:40 I set off the panic button again... still no call. At 21h45 I phoned the emergency line to be told they are busy but they will send someone out who never came. At 21h52 I set panic button off again, still no response. Phoned again at 21h52 with same response from operator. Phoned again at 22h03 as armed response still had not arrived. Asked to speak to shift manager who was too busy to take my call.

Armed response finally arrived at 22h30, a full 55 minutes after alarm went off and after 3 calls and 2 panic button activations. Armed response just shone torch over the wall and left without trying to get in touch with me.
At least I know that 55 minutes later ADT will find my body in case of an emergency. Maybe you can change your fleet to hearses.
