I WAS HIJACKED ON THE 16.10.2013. MY TRACKER WAS ACTIVATED WITHIN 3 MINS AND YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO FIND MY VEHICLE. YOU ISSUED ME WITH A LETTER FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES ON 18.10.2013. YOUR POLICY SAYS THAT IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO FIND A VEHICLE, YOU WILL PAY THE CLIENT BACK ALL PREMIUMS SINCE CONTRACT WAS IMPLEMENTED. I HAVE SPENT 3 WEEKS FIGHTING WITH THE 3 INDIVIDUALS LISTED ABOVE WHO INSIST I DO NOT DESERVE MY PREMIUMS BACK BECAUSE THE TRACKER WAS NOT TESTED IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS. YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH A SIGNED COPY OF MY CONTRACT, THE RECORDING YOU SENT ME DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY INFO REGARDING THE REFUND POLICY OR RULES REGARDING YOUR PRODUCTS. YOUR STAFF ARE NOW PUSHING THE BLAME ONTO THE INSURANCE COMPANY SAYING THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT THIS. YOUR CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS ALSO DO NOT CONTAIN ANY INFO WITH REGARDS TO TESTING IN ORDER FOR A REFUND. YOUR SERVICE IS A JOKE AND YOUR PRODUCTS DONT WORK. I WANT MY CONTRACT CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY AND I WANT ALL THE PREMIUMS PAID BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT BY THE END OF THE WEEK WITH NO EXCUSES.
